After the swearing-in, Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary took charge at the Secretariat and held his first review meeting with senior officials, including principal secretaries.
The meeting reviewed ongoing development schemes. The Chief Minister named roads and infrastructure, healthcare, education and law and order as priority sectors and directed departments to meet targets within fixed timelines.
He asked for detailed reports on every ongoing scheme, said accountability would be fixed for delays, and called for grievance redressal that spares citizens repeated visits to government offices. Wider use of digital governance and greater transparency were also stressed.
